Meet Our Founder.
Abigail Sunday founded Entage Ventures with the belief that businesses — at every stage — deserve more than compliance. They deserve clarity.
Her background is in portfolio and program governance: deciding which initiatives across a business are actually worth the investment, resourcing them properly, and tracking whether they deliver. Inside a Fortune 5 enterprise, that meant evaluating competing initiatives side by side — which ones had a real business case, a viable go-to-market plan, and the operational capacity to scale, and which needed to be stopped before they drained resources.
That is the same discipline Entage now brings to individual businesses: is this idea, this contract, this expansion actually ready — or does it only look ready.
She has applied that same rigor directly to founders and business owners, coaching and helping over 300 small business owners and founders develop the go-to-market strategy and launch plans behind new businesses, and the expansion strategy behind established businesses moving into larger contracts and new markets.
Certified in Scrum, product ownership, and design thinking, and holding a master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology — the study of how people and organizations actually perform — she pairs enterprise-grade portfolio governance with a real understanding of why teams stall and what makes change actually stick.
That combination became the foundation for Entage.
Today, her vision extends beyond consulting. She is building an advisory platform that strengthens businesses at every stage while contributing to broader economic development through financial education, entrepreneurship, and strategic partnerships across the United States and Africa.
