What to expect from a Buildout.
What's included?
A scoping session, implementation of 2–3 priority systems, weekly touchpoints, documentation, training, and a clear handoff. The scope is fixed before work begins.
How long does it take?
Most buildouts run 4–8 weeks. The exact timeline is set during scoping and depends on the complexity of the systems and how quickly your team can provide information.
Who is this engagement for?
Businesses that already know which financial or operational systems are limiting growth — or have completed the Business Readiness Review and want to implement the priorities quickly.
Do I need the Business Review first?
Recommended, but not required. If you know your priorities, we can scope the buildout directly. If you are unsure, start with the Review.
What happens after the Buildout?
You receive documented systems, trained team members, and a handoff. Many clients then move into Ongoing Advisory to maintain the new rhythm.
